Return Policy

We hope you love every single product you ever purchase from us, but we do understand that sometimes for one reason or another, it just needs to be sent back.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for items which are unwashed or in their original packaging (if applicable), for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. To ensure timely processing of your return, please fill out our RETURN FORM marked with the reason for the return, and ship the item(s) to:

Once we have received your return, we will refund the credit card used to make the purchase, and send a receipt to the email provided on the original order. Refunds should appear within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s).

Unique & One of a Kind Items

We have a large variety of items that are one of a kind and are made from factory rejected sweaters due to small ink spots, errors with logos or incorrect color. Please check the item's description and look deeply into the image of the product. We do not aim to deceive any one with the sale of these products. We know that these items have some visible defects and that is what makes some of them one of a kind. However if for any reason you feel the product you received is defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us at GOstore@gomin.org and someone from our team will contact you directly to make special arrangements for the return.
